Are you listening to me?

Most of the successful people I've known are the 
ones who do more listening than talking.

One of the easiest things you can do to show someone you care is to actively listen to what someone is saying.  By taking the time to listen, you are showing others that you are interested in them and what they have to say.  It also helps you understand what is important to the other person, and provides insight into why they may respond or act the way they do in certain situations.

By listening to others intently, you are showing that you value them.

Not all listening is equal, however, so make sure you stop what you are doing, look at them, and listen to what they have to say, without interrupting.  The dividends will be great.
