When we think of a great place to work, what comes to mind?  Is it the people we work with?  Is it our career?  Is it the fulfillment we get from contributing to a greater, collective cause?  What makes a great workplace?

Chances are, it's something that is not tangible -- it's more of a feeling, or more accurately, an attitude.  When we come to work, are we energized and enthusiastic about the possibilities that lie ahead, or are we dreading our potential encounters with problems that we need to solve?

I hope that I will be able to provide you with some tips and tools to put you in the right frame of mind when it comes to your career.  I want to help you gain control of your own happiness and destiny.  I want you to stop letting other people determine whether or not you are happy.  I want you to feel empowered!
